Being late makes your child not perform better in class. So try to be atleast 10 mins prior to class, this makes them relaxed and comfortable to attend the class.

If your child is missing a class, make sure you inform us minimum a week in advance. This is to ensure that they can compensate a class in alternative batch within the same week.

Since we have a set of 8 classes program and each day is structured as per curriculum - we provide one compensation class from our end Incase there is any emergency situations and child couldn't attend the regular classes that is paid for. This happens after 8 classes. There will not be a change in this date, as it's a common class we provide with structured lesson plan. Kindly do not miss the same.

Any classes that is cancelled from our end will be provided an alternative date as per usual routine days. This can be because of any unforeseen reasons for which we take accountability. Any festival holidays we make the class days in calendar considering however finishing 8 classes.

We keep small student to teacher ratio and all materials and templates are prepared well in advance. We cannot provide any carryover or shuffling of classes and we cannot encourage refund. We can transfer to any other child if prior notice is given and we approve the same.
