Returns

All products and services of The Art Hive are non-refundable. Replacements are provided at the sole discretion of The Art Hive.

Replacements (Products) (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the item. You will need to share a photograph of the defect and upon approval, will need to return the item unused and in the same condition as received along with the original packaging and receipt to:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, the replacement shall be shipped out to you. Depending on where you live, the time taken for your replacement to reach you may vary.

Replacements (Services) (if applicable)

In case of any unforeseen emergencies where you are unable to attend the booked session, you can contact the admin and raise a request to avail the program for the forthcoming month. Decision regarding the same is made at the sole discretion of The Art Hive admin.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
